Data and statistics

Aggregate statistics help us understand which parts of the service are useful and where difficulties arise.

What is counted

Page and section views, interface language, coarse window-size class (mobile, tablet or desktop), referral source and campaign labels, scanner and route openings, exchange and Telegram link clicks, and active-tab time. Logins and watch creations are counted separately, without linking them to visits.

How it works

Events are sent only to the Cross Trade domain. A random sessionStorage identifier belongs to the current tab and rotates after 30 minutes without events or at midnight Moscow time. There is no persistent visitor identifier.

The server converts events into aggregate counters. Deduplication keys are kept for up to 2 hours, confirmed watch-operation keys for up to 180 days, session counting state for up to 24 hours and aggregate statistics for up to 180 days. Cleanup runs periodically, or after restart if the service was stopped.

We do not record screen contents, typed text, mouse movements or browser fingerprints. This telemetry excludes IP addresses, Telegram IDs, names, authentication tokens and profile data. Security logs and account data are handled separately.

Administrator reports

Administrators see aggregate figures. Summaries may be sent to the administrator Telegram bot. Reports do not contain individual visitor histories or account links.

Your choice

You can disable aggregate telemetry. The scanner, sign-in and alerts will continue to work. Your choice is saved in this browser; clearing browser data resets it.
